Academic Curriculum

Foundational Stage (Nur-Grade II)
During this stage, children have an extraordinary capacity to learn, understand, and grow by interacting with their environment.
Through active participation in practical activities, children build independence, enhance their focus, and develop an inherent sense of order. These experiences not only help nurture their self-esteem and confidence but also promote a positive, motivating environment that supports their all-round growth. By working on both fine and gross motor skills, they lay the groundwork for stronger, more well-rounded learning.
Preparatory Stage (Grade III-V)
Middle Stage (Grade VI-VIII)
Our Middle School programme is designed to guide students through the transformative journey from childhood to adolescence, both intellectually and emotionally. It provides a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where students can embrace change, prepare for the challenges of high school, and cultivate habits that foster lifelong learning.

Secondary Stage
The Secondary Stage spans four years of in-depth, multidisciplinary study, building upon the subject-focused teaching methods of the Middle Stage but offering a deeper exploration of each subject. It fosters enhanced critical thinking, provides greater attention to individual aspirations, and allows students the freedom to choose their subjects, empowering them to shape their educational path.
Beyond Academics
The House System, activities, community work, collaboration, exhibitions, etc.. develop the child into a complete human being as aligned with the philosophy of Tagore. The development of personality and skills in children is of paramount importance for the school and the parents. Children are exposed to the world through systems in the school like assembly, grade mentors, etc which are characteristic of only school days. Hence, RBGS has a telescopic structure of various systems developing long standing habits in young learners.
